Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy, and expensive and you probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Nice beverage center but not very flexible

Submitted by James - 8/21/2017

I purchased this unit to fit inside a kitchen island. The unit looks great with the stainless steel and glass front. It runs very quiet and has ample capacity. My issue is that it will not accommodate a typical height bottle and must be laid down. The shelves are not adjustable. My resolution is to remove one of the shelves which is loosing overall capacity. I would not recommend this unit and would suggest looking at other beverage centers that are more flexible.

I'm a fan

Submitted by JV - 7/19/2017

Look, I love drinks. Water, soda, juice, wine, whatever. So for me, a beverage center is a great way to keep all those items neat and tidy with perfect temperatures. I just wish that there was one more temp zone so you could store both red and white wines perfectly at the same time.

Great Features

Submitted by Gingenbarb - 5/15/2017

This beverage fridge was a design pick during our new home build. We are so happy we made this choice- there are wine shelves that are temperature controlled for red and white wines, abd plenty of room for beer and sodas. The unit is very modern and stylish!

Solid

Submitted by Jules - 10/31/2016

This refrigerator is solid, and similar to beverage coolers at a much higher price tag. 2 cooling zones give great flexibility. Wine storage is very narrow... champagne bottles will not fit. Top shelf is also very short. Think juice boxes, small mixers or bottles/cans stored on the side.

Good, but not great

Submitted by Honest Abe - 9/30/2016

Mixed review and here's why... this unit was purchased as a replacement to a Marvel beverage center that resulted in faulty parts only 8 years after I took delivery. Needless to say, that experience lead me to research other options. On the advice of a friend, I made the uncharacteristic decision to purchase this model without looking at it first. While it's a beautiful unit and has the KitchenAid reputation behind it, I feel the designers really missed an opportunity and didn't do their due diligence with respect to the interior layout. In placing the tasteful controls in the middle to lower portion of the unit, they compromised the amount of space afforded to consumers. Secondly, in a time where beer bottle design is used as a marketing tool, it's very disappointing that the primary shelf where bottles would be stored, fails to allow for nothing more than a traditional 16 oz design. The result, one either has to remove the upper shelf that would otherwise be used for cans, or the bottles need to be laid down to maximize the space resulting in it's own set of problems. Had the controls been relocated, the spacing between the two shelves would easily satisfy the wants and needs of all users. Bottom line... I'd recommend this to a friend if they intended on using it for cans or the traditional 16 oz bottles; for those who desire more flexibility, they will unfortunately will be disappointed and should research alternative units.

Should really be marketed as a single, not dual, temperature

Submitted by Evelyn - 7/28/2016

The beverage center part cools well. although it is not ideal as some beer bottles don't fit standing up white wine bottles also don't fit standing up which is a problem to keeping open bottles while drinking. that was the main reason to get the beverage center/wine rack combo. My idea was to keep white wine in the beverage compartment along with beer and reds in the bottom wine racks. I don't drink too many white wines. The wine area keeps too cool even when I select the highest temperature for the top portion. It just keeps red wine too cool even when I select "red wine". The light features are cool and the motion sensor is a plus. And I love that it matches the rest of my ktichenaid appliance suite. So I'd keep it solely for the looks lol.

So far, so good!

Submitted by Dave - 6/1/2016

After reading the reviews I almost decided not to buy this beverage center refrigerator. I had to find something that was cabinet ready plus offered two zone cooling and this model seemed perfect. It looks great with the cabinet front. The door is very solid and has a high quality feel when opening and closing. I agree that the bottom of the refrigerator may not be warmer than the top zone, but it has other great features. The alarm that lets you know the door is open has already worked for us on two occasions. There is adequate room for lots of drinks above and a few bottles of wine below. Not all sizes will fit but so far most of ours have. I'm glad we bought this model and did't le the online reviews sway us.

All style and no function

Submitted by jim - 5/5/2016

Purchased April 2016, installed, and tested for 2 days. In general this cooler is designed and built solely to look impressive. I found nothing to suggest any priority for function or enduring service after the initial purchase. 1) The door of my unit was sufficiently miss-aligned to the body that opening the bottom drawer/rack required pressing the door seal back away from the drawer to gain clearance. 2) The drawer immediately below the display panel does not provide sufficient space for average size wine bottles. Wine bottles with circumference 25.5 cm and larger may fit in this drawer by deflecting the display panel which is directly above. Placing 4 or 5 average bottles in this drawer results in a press fit situation that tears the bottle label and drags all bottles to the back of the drawer when it is opened. 3) The flexible lip below the display which is intended to create a barrier between the upper and lower zone is attached by a very weak adhesive which barely survives the unpacking process. This flexible lip did not contact the front door glass when the door was closed. 4) Temperature controls require the top zone to be the cooler zone. Because the bottom zone is not physically isolated it is not possible to attain a sufficiently less cool temperature in bottom zone. The unit deliverd to me was essentially a one zone cooler, having 4 useful drawers.

Defective Unit: Door out of alignment and no way to adjust

Submitted by Sjm239 - 4/6/2016

One week old and the door is so badly out of alignment with the case, the unit does not seal and there is no way to adjust. Customer service sent a technician who tried to bend the hinges with a wrench and gave up. He has ordered a door and no telling when it will come in or actually solve the problem since it is mismounted to the case. I've wasted so much time on hold and customer service is terrible and told me there is no way to get it replaced. I wish I hadn't spent more than $10k on kitchenaid appliances for my remodel and will work with the company I purchased them from to return all if not resolved quickly.

Wine racks too small to fit wine bottles

Submitted by AJS - 10/23/2015

We cannot fit standard size wine bottles in bottom two wine racks. Just tried to load this beverage center for the first time, and were surprised with the undersized clearance space. Also, when first delivered to our home there was rust on the handle, a handle replacement is still pending.
